We decided to open crewing company named “Sea Crew”. Succeeded in signing few contracts and already sent crew members to our friend companies. Our aim is not to conquer the crewing market, but help our friends to fined the professional for their vessel or shipyard.

Our Company provides Ukrainian crews only.

Our “Data Bank of Officers and Crews” (6 000 seafarers) make it easy for us to provide required Manpower to the entire satisfaction of our principals.

Our vast network of Officers in Major cities of Ukraine and excellent interactions with various Marine Departments, Catering and Training Institutes, Academy help us to provide candidates with highest level of competence and who comply with the requirements of STCW 95 Convention.

Sea Crew management services are flexible and competitive and cover the complete spectrum of human resource management for the shipowner.

Our staff – marine Captain and Ch.Officer with solid Shipmanagement experience, University educated economist.
